Our screen printing process begins with finalizing by artwork proof, your logo or design. Next, we pull ink through the screen which places the image onto the items we’re printing for you. Once the ink has been applied, your items are run through our conveyor belt dryer. This cures the ink and gives you a long-lasting image you can be proud of washing after washing.

Direct-to-garment (DTG) is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but you don’t feel the design or ink when you touch the garment. The main advantage of DTG is that it’s easy to print small jobs because there’s almost no setup time regardless of the number of colors involved, such as pictures.
